You already know how to write a program.
Now you want to understand why it works and how to make it work better.
This mentorship is for powerlifting coaches who want to bridge the gap between experience and expertise. It’s a space to sharpen your thinking, refine your systems, and strengthen your decision-making.

"I learned so, so much – far more than I can fit here – during the mentorship about the nuts and bolts of lifting, from weakness analysis to using velocity to adopting a self-organised approach when it comes to technique, to name but a few elements. This has resulted in recent comp PRs for me (and my lifters!), most notably on my squat, which had been plateaued for around two years.
The element which made the biggest change to my lifting and coaching was learning how to program using the Emerging Strategies approach. Analysing data and athlete response and really becoming a student of the sport, all while recognising that this isn’t a ‘one and done’ thing, but rather a continuous and iterative process.
As well as there being dedicated ‘soft skills’ lessons, sports psychology was a thread which ran through a lot of the calls with Mike, and I think it’s the thing which has had the most impact on me in that it’s altered my approach to training/coaching/life(!) in general. Through the mentorship, I’m now much better equipped to be able to spot the biases in myself and to challenge them.
RTS has developed systems which I’d describe as a perfect marriage of objective analysis and subjective feeling: a quantitative layer over the more fuzzy notion of training ‘by feel’. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending the mentorship. It doesn't just give you knowledge, but tools and frameworks for creative problem solving and critical thinking that every coach and self-coached lifter can benefit from."

Reactive Training Systems (RTS) began with a simple idea: training should adapt to the athlete, not the other way around.
Founded by world-class powerlifter and coach Mike Tuchscherer, RTS has helped thousands of lifters and coaches worldwide through individualized systems, data-driven tools, and principled decision-making.
This mentorship distills those systems into a guided, applied experience so you can use the same frameworks that define RTS coaching inside your own practice.

Only 10 seats are available for this Founding Cohort.
Once the group is full, enrollment will close until the next cycle in mid-2026.
This first cohort will help shape the future of the program. Your feedback and insight will directly influence how the RTS Mentorship evolves.
